Led by Wiebke Schlæger, Eiyo Studio is an independent creative consultancy specialising in knitwear design, creative direction, and concept development. With a background spanning both creative practice and technical knitwear expertise, the studio supports brands in developing collections that are thoughtful, relevant, and built with intent.
Rather than operating as a traditional agency, Eiyo Studio works as an extension of internal design teams—bringing senior-level guidance, continuity, and clarity throughout the development process.
Where projects require additional expertise, the studio draws on a trusted network of senior specialists, including pattern makers, graphic designers, technical developers, and other industry experts. This flexible model allows every project to access the right expertise while maintaining a single creative lead and consistent design direction throughout.

Every project begins with understanding the brand, its customer, and the commercial objectives behind the collection.
Support ranges from creative direction and early-stage concept development to knitwear design, product refinement, and strategic guidance throughout the development process. Depending on the project, this may include fully fashioned knitwear, knit-related cut-and-sewn styles, supplier collaboration, or material development.
Digital tools such as APEXFiz 3D knit development and AI-supported imagery are used selectively where they add value—helping communicate ideas more clearly, reduce unnecessary sampling, and support informed design decisions.
